Marc considers himself primarily a storyteller, though his talents range from performance work through to more visually driven pieces. He is adept at eliciting magical performances, whether from experienced professionals like Chuck Norris, or from children.
Born in Toronto and raised in Johannesburg, Marc studied film at AFDA before joining bouffant. He was included in the highly lauded Saatchi and Saatchi New Director’s Showcase at Cannes and his work has regularly featured in Shots, Bestadsontv and the Little Black Book.
Marc has directed many major campaigns both locally and abroad. His clients have included Ford, Vodafone, Volkswagen, T-Mobile and Pepsi – as well as showcasing the beauty of the New York based dance troupe Pilobolus.
After a stint directing in Canada, Marc now lives in Johannesburg with his wife and beloved dog, Teddy.
